Children will not only learn songs but also how to play some instruments as well as appraising song styles. These combined skills will support them to enjoy and relish their musical experiences.

Children also learn to play the notes of the song learnt using woodwind instruments and percussion instruments. Children are taught the differences between pulse and rhythm and will be able to make their own decisions about music based on their experiences, likes and dislikes.
