Safeguarding
As a school, we have a team of staff members that take responsibility for safeguarding and child protection. This includes online safety. We provide advice and support to staff on child welfare, safeguarding and child protection matters and play an integral role in keeping children safe.
Safeguarding is the responsibility of everyone within our community so it is important to us that you know who to talk to should you have a concern about a child.
Outside of our school, professionals such as the Police and Social Services are available 24 hours a day. Information and contact details can be gained from the KCC website. Please see the link below.
In addition to this, our DSLs are available during the school day to talk things through in situations which do not require immediate response.
